On the same site as the Holiday Inn, Cardinal Campus has transformed all the rooms into luxury apartments for students. But not only that...

An ideal location with the Grand Mont RER station (which connects to the centre of Paris in less than 20 minutes) and the Arcades shopping centre at its feet.

With generous surface areas (22m² on average), high standard furnishings and an all-inclusive rent, Cardinal Campus offers its students accommodation that combines functionality, design and price.

In addition, in the tradition of what Cardinal Campus offers, What's Up residents will be able to benefit from numerous common areas such as the chill and mini-chill rooms, the TV room, the wash bar, the fun room and all the entertainment that goes with it.

The residence offers accommodation from studios to T1 XXL, new, furnished and equipped.
